Wagon Wheel is indeed the best pizza in the area. Hands-down! Old-school New York pizza. No fancy toppings. Doesn't deliver. Only takes cash. Peter the owner is a delightful New York Italian. The menu online is outdated. It's more like $16-$18 per pizza now but still cheap compared to everywhere else. We get the garlic pizza (extra crispy) a few times a month. The best!!!

Great pepperoni pizza if you, like me, want it thin. Tried their side salad with Ranch dressing but a little too soaked with dressing , but fresh and tasty...

Good solid slice and friendly old Wappingers atmosphere. I have been there twice since I moved to the area. The sausage mushroom pizza is great.

This is my 2nd time in here and I absolutely love the pizza. It's very delicious and it's always very tasty. The owner is really nice. From the outside it looks as if it's closed . I would suggest brightening up the windows. If you plan to get pizza here you'll need to pay with cash unless he has a ATM in the restaurant. Other then that very delicious pizza.

Best pizza around town hands down! He only takes cash and doesn't deliver but it's worth it because it's the best pizza around and the cheapest. The sauce is amazing and is a family recipe passed down. Definitely a must try.

Wagon Wheel pizza is hands down my favorite pizza. I've eaten pizza from an insane amount of different places and I always end up saying "not as good as Wagon Wheel". Is this place fancy, no. But it kind of adds to the charm. The only downside is no delivery but it's probably a good thing because otherwise I'd be 1000 pounds!

This is one of those situations where you've lived somewhere for two years never having tried that one restaurant. We ate pizza at different locations since we moved to the area in 2018... We never felt satisfied enough to return for more. That is until we finally had a pie at Wagon Wheel. I read a review about how good the crust is, and I couldn't agree more: It's crispy and light. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the perk of ordering drinks at the vinyl room. It made for an inexpensive and enjoyable night out to eat. I'm dreaming of my next Wagon Wheel pizza experience!!!!
